HEART WALK HERE WE COME!!

I have been walking for the past few weeks with my buddy Grace. It has been fun, fitness, and fellowship. Normal adult interaction is always a plus. After hearing the announcement on KSGN, we decided to join the American Heart Association, and walk for a purpose.

I must say, I am really excited about this. Maybe it's my need to have a purpose, and to set and exceed a goal. Nevertheless the Lord really laid this cause on my heart. So far I have raised $10.00 woo-hoo. Thank you Hunny, and Andy & Liseli Ramirez from http://air1.com/.

If you feel so compelled to help me out visit please visit my personal web page at: http://heartwalk.kintera.org/inlandempireca/sarah

BABY BOY'S

This past weekend I got to go to my friends son Julians B-day party. It was fun! My two buddies Rhiannon and Kelly stopped by on Sunday. All of my friends have boys. Here is a picture with me, my buddies, and their cute kids. Almost everyone I know lately has had a boy. Boys in da hood yo! I love my baby boy!

Slippery Business

Today was an interesting day. I put a load of laundry in before I went on my walk, I came back and fed the baby, and the dogs started barking, I got up to get the dogs to be quiet and when I walked past the washer I totally slipped with baby in hands. The liquid laundry detergent apparently came off of the washer, fell on the ground, and spilled everywhere. It was a brand new huge size from Costco, akk!Slippery business. The good news is we are fine and our floor is cleaner than ever.

"A" FOR EFFORT!!

Those of you that wonder "what does Sarah do all day?" Now you know, the secret is out! A picture is worth a thousand words. Actually, I can do much more than this, it is amazing how much fun you can have at home. All it takes is a little creativity and a willing participant. In my case and am blessed to have both. :) Enjoy the scripture below, and have a GREAT weekend!!

Matthew 18:8

“If your hand or foot causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you. It is better for you to enter into life lame or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet, to be cast into the everlasting fire."

PUT MY FOOT IN MY MOUTH!!

So my very flexible baby loves the taste of his feet. Yum Yum. You know I always put my foot in my mouth, just not physically. Guess we have that in common. Have you ever tried to put your foot in your mouth as an adult? I did almost get it in there but not quite. Shoot me a comment if you can successfully do that. Enjoy the pic.

Taco Tuesdays!!

Every week Matt and I go to Del Taco and we have our Taco Tuesday Date Night. You can get 15 taco's for $5.87. We look forward to it every week. We usually take the taco's home and eat them watching a movie. Great way to eat out on a budget.
I just love that mild sauce!

Buffington trivia: Matt's mom has worked at Del Taco for how many years?

PSALM 127:3

"Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, The fruit of the womb is a reward. "

GIVE ME A BIG KISS!!

Nathan loves his rice cereal, if I wasn't so cheap I would go out and buy some Gerber baby food in different flavors. I think we will sometime soon. This is a shot of Nathan ready to eat, yum, yum. I love how his lips are puckered. What a blessing children are. I love my little guy.

Yee-haw!

Matt was running around the house with Nathan on his shoulders. It was so cute, father son bonding moment. Thought I would share the pic

>"DON'T CAPTURE THE MOMENT, ENJOY IT!"<

HAPPY COUPLE!

Matt and I just celebrated 6 years of marriage on Aug 4th. The Lord has blessed our relationship and we have grown tremedously. Due to our small budget we celebrated with dinner at BJ's and a romantic movie "the Bourne Ultamatum". Grandma and Grandpa Buffington babysat, we had a great time out!

Lake Nacimiento Trip

We just got back from our first family vacation We went to Lake Nacimiento near Paso Robles. The baby did great. Despite the drama and the tension between our family members. We had a pleasant trip. It was the first time I water skied in 2 years, man did I miss it.

We took a hike every morning the baby loved his little hiking backpack. We definitely need to camp more often
This was his first time boating. He did great. The movement of the boat and noise of the motor put Nathan to sleep.
Nathan is a water baby. Matt held him and he
floated in the water for a half an hour. I am
amazed how adventurous he is. He never
freaked even though his environment had
completely changed. What a happy camper.
